There are many ‘not so secret’ ingredients to making a good batch of fish and chips:  Old Bay Seasoning, Cornstarch and of course Beer.  And for some it’s a side of tarter sauce, perhaps a lemon, but for me it’s a good malt vinegar.  YELP just released the most recent and popular Top 10 Fish & Chips in Seattle.  Let’s go!
