She is an expert on parenting children and adult children with addictions. She tells us the best way to get help for ourselves first. How to let of our addict with love. How to support them without being taken to the cleaners by them. She learned from the school of hard knocks. She has written a book called Muck Off, The Starting Point to your Happily Ever After. Carol is very compassionate and says parents need to give themselves some grace.
