If You Work In An Office…You’re Only Productive About 3 Days A Week.

If you think THAT’S bad, it drops even lower when the temperature rises. Oh and there are plenty of other reasons why we all tend to slack off so much!

• A study has just proved office workers are only productive for three days a week. And productivity levels sink to just two and a half days in hot weather,

• A poor night’s sleep is the biggest cause of an unproductive day, followed by being too hot in the office and being surrounded by distracting colleagues.

*On a typical working day, 15 minutes are spent gossiping to colleagues, 14 minutes are spent looking at no-work related content on the web and eight minutes are spent making teas and coffees for co-workers.

*No prizes for guessing, Friday is the least productive day of the week for Brits and Tuesday is the most productive day.

*On average those polled said they are most productive at 10.23am during a typical day and least productive at 2.02pm.

Your afternoon host AJ has been in Seattle for over 5 years and SO much has happened in his life since moving here. He and his wife of 7 years Nicole, had their first baby (Max...he is now 2) and they bought their first home here. When AJ isn't on the air, at a sporting event supporting one of our local teams (ESPECIALLY the Sounders and Seahawks) or hosting an event for one of the organizations that he works with including Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, March For Babies, Susan G Komen and Washington Trails Association, he is more than likely climbing a mountain! "I love everything this place has to offer, from world-class entertainment, to the incredible food to all of its natural beauty with so many amazing mountains and trails at our doorstep! I LOVE the Pacific Northwest and am proud to call it home and do what I love to do with an incredible group of people."
