The one day where it’s ok to make piles of ‘finger’ foods, and it’s in the throws of flu season. That said, with the threat of Coronavirus on top of it all, it’s a good idea to take these important steps while prepping AND enjoying all those delicious game-day appetizers.

- Chicken wings to a final temperature of 165 F
