Join the American Heart Association and Reclaim Your Rhythm because losing even one mom, brother, friend or neighbor to cardiovascular disease is too many. Now’s the time to take back control of your physical health and mental well-being.
Friday, February 4 is the day to wear red and show your support for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women movement. The tidal wave of red will raise awareness and encourage our community to create a healthy habit that works for your life, to give you the best chance at life. Whether you choose to be more active, prepare healthier meals or learn CPR, the American Heart Association will support you with the tools to get you started.
