Part 2 with Elke Scholz, a registered psychotherapist and award winning author. In this segment Elke discusses in more depth the ways in which we can create and maintain balance in our life and thrive in it by giving equal attention to the 4 parts of our being, and this week the focus is: the Mental and Emotional. One exercise is to just some time, even just a few minutes to use our 5 senses to look at/experience 3 objects around us. Also, be counscious of our thoughts, choosing which thoughts we allow to linger, to stay.
