Elke Scholz…a registered psychotherapist and award winning author. We met Elke in the fall to discuss how to deal with anxiety–a topic that is the the core of her Anxiety Warrior series. Elke is back to discuss in more depth the ways in which we can create and maintain balance in our life and thrive in it! Balance is about giving attention to the 4 parts of our being: Mental, Spiritual, Emotional, Physical. The focus this week is on the Physical–good sleep, be present in the moment; and Spiritual–have a Gratitude practice, be conscious of the words we think and we speak.
