Lukas Graham has cancelled a string of tour dates due to lead singer Lukas Forchhammer suffering from severe exhaustion. The band cancelled shows in Australia & Japan. Earlier this year, their hit “7 Years” set the longest streak at No. 1 by a Danish act in the U.K. and Australia and led the Billboard Twitter Emerging Artists chart. The group’s self-titled third album also topped the charts in the U.K. and Australia. They are set to resume tour dates in November in Vancouver, BC.
