Ashley’s Morning Scoop 10.8.15

The 89th Annual Neiman Marcus Christmas Book came out Tuesday, which is basically wish list for 1 %ers. Some of the items include:

a limited-edition chopper from Arch Motorcycle and a two-day ride along the California coast with company cofounder Keanu Reeves for $150,000

you and four friends can go barrel hunting (?) for bourbons discovered at old rickhouses (??) courtesy of St. Louis’ Stitzel-Weller Distillery. You’ll take 24 bottles home for $125,000

a Couture Diary for $10,000…..I am pretty sure you can buy a fancy diary at Target for, like ten bucks.

You can buy trunks full of superhero and princess costumes for boys and girls for five grand…..again, Target, ten bucks.

If you were hoping for Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton to become more than flirty friends, you might be out of luck. A source close to the two says there is nothing more than a friendship there.

Kim Zolciak says the cause of her mini stroke was a hole in her heart that never closed during an interview on Good Morning America. She also says the lawyers for Dancing With the Stars forced her exit from the show, not the cast or producers.

Rumer Willis and Chris Soules, better known as the Farmer Bachelor, took in a basketball game in New York last night. The two competed against each other on Dancing with the Stars, so it’s possible they’re just friends, but the Daily Mail points out that they were almost touching elbows, so…. You know, that could be a sign marriage is next for the duo.

In ongoing Taylor Swift world domination news, Fortune Magazine has named Swift the most powerful woman on Twitter. Swift has almost 65 million followers and posts a nice mix of cat photos, behind the scenes videos & tour updates and witty observations. Lesson to be taken from this, if you’re looking to take over Twitter, get those cat photos ready.
