Amy Schumer has a new man and the comedian couldn’t be happier. His name is Ben Hanisch, a 29-year-old furniture designer based out of Chicago and from the looks of Amy’s social media accounts, the couple is head over heels. In fact, Ben accompanied his love on a trip to the White House yesterday, or as she called it, the “Whitehizzy.”
The ongoing drama of the Netflix documentary series, Making a Murderer continues, as a dismissed juror has now come out to reveal that two members of the jury that convicted Steven Avery were related to Manitowoc County employees. Before being dismissed, the juror was in deliberations for four hours with the jury and says “early on, the jurors took a vote: seven innocent, three guilty and two undecided.” He said he doesn’t know how the jury ultimately came to a unanimous decision to convict, but says he thinks about it every day.
It’s a big day for Seattle Mariners fans as Ken Griffey Jr. will be elected into the National Baseball Hal of Fame today, making him the first player to go into Cooperstown wearing a Mariner hat. There have been former Mariners elected to the Hall of Fame, but all went in with other teams. Although the announcement will come today, the actual Induction ceremony will take place in July.
American Idol returns to FOX tonight for its 15th and Final season! The judges have changed, 14 winners have been crowned, but one thing has remained the same….Ryan Seacrest has hosted every episode. It all started with Kelly Clarkson winning back in 2002 and since then, the hit show has churned out several superstars, including Carrie Underwood. Again, that’s on FOX tonight at 8pm.
