A New Holiday? National Trick Or Treat Day?

It would be called National Trick or Treat Day, and instead of Halloween always being on the 31st, it would be on the final Saturday of October and it’s been added to the National Day Calendar website, for whatever that’s worth.

There’s a petition on Change.org with more than 150,000 signatures to get the government to officially move the date of Halloween from October 31st to the last Saturday in October.
