Whew…I feel much better now! We all WANT to be healthy but let’s be honest, it can take a lot of work!

The ten healthy habits you don’t necessarily need to do…

1.    Eating five portions of fruit and vegetables a day
2.    Taking vitamin C supplements
3.    Flossing
4.    Washing your jeans
5.    Having a landline
6.    Drinking eight glasses of water a day
7.    Putting food in your fridge that doesn’t need to be refrigerated
8.    Washing your hair every day
9.    Peeling vegetables
10.    Owning more than 10 items of clothing
