You're gliding through your online shopping experience. You're picking out some books or some music. Then, it's time to checkout. This is the part that I don't like. On most websites, you are given a set of jumbled and twisted numbers and letters that you have to re-type. Now is it me, or are these numbers and letters, twisted and sometimes sideways on the page, the difficult thing to read...EVER?? I almost ALWAYS have to keep refreshing the screen until I can find a set that I CAN read. Sometimes it takes 10 or more attempts. One time, I could NOT find any that I could read and I just logged out and didn't complete my purchase.
The reason they have these numbers and letters is to make sure an actual person is using the website and not a computer. At least that's what I've been told. But couldn't they TRY and make them just A LITTLE easier to read??!!
What do you think about this? Leave a comment and let me know...
Thanks,
Will Johnson
