TOTAL RECALL
You'll recognize this title because it's a remake of the 1990 movie which starred Arnold Schwarzenegger. It's about a factory worker who wants to replace the nightmares he is having with more pleasant images. He goes to a company that will help him, but the process goes terribly wrong. He discovers things about himself that he didn't know were there. Next, his beautiful wife (played by Kate Beckinsale) turns on him and he finds himself on the run, not knowing who to trust.
Colin Farrell does a good job in the lead role, but the comparisons to Arnold are inevitable. Total Recall gets a 5/10. It's a good movie, but it doesn't stand up well when compared to the original.
DIARY OF A WIMPY KID...DOG DAYS
Greg, the wimpy kid, is getting into more trouble in this third film in the Wimpy Kid series. This time, he's working at a country club for the summer.
