When Rain Spoils Outdoor Plans

Believe it or not there is a INDOOR national park that will be fun to adults and kids alike that's close to home!

The Cadillac Hotel in Pioneer Square was saved from demolition after it was damaged in the 2001 Nisqually Earthquake. This old building was renovated and now houses the National Park Service's Klondike Gold Rush Visitor Center.

Check out their website below for the address, hours of operation, and upcoming events. The thrill and hard work of finding gold, as well as the importance Seattle played in this chapter of our history will come alive.

Here's the website: http://www.nps.gov/klse/index.htm

I've enjoyed going here and believe you will, too!
