Ahh---
Summer is finally here to stay for a few days. It comes too late and never lasts long enough, but when it is here in the Pacific Northwest, there is no place I'd rather be.
The blue sky, breeze blowing through the trees, and beautiful flowers that are everywhere bring a peacefulness to any stress that has been part of the day.
Makes one want to get outside, find a porch swing (or at least a chair) to contemplate the day, read a favorite book, or have a picnic, even if in your own backyard.
It won't be that long before the days get shorter and much cooler. Enjoy this while it lasts!
