Here's a great one-dish meal I sometimes make. You start with:
8 large eggs
8 oz. shredded cheese
A bunch of green onions, chopped
6 pre-cooked chopped up hotdogs or little sausages
Cescent roll dough in the round container you pop open
Pam spray an 8" X 8" glass or metal pan.
Crack open the crescent roll dough and, using half of it, spread it out on the bottom of the pan.

In a good sized bowl, crack the eggs and if you're like me you will have to fish out broken shells.
Add the cheese, chopped onions and meat - you could substitute finely chopped deli sliced meat instead of sausage or hotdogs.
I also like to add another veggie besides the onion, like small pieces of broccoli. They go great with this.
I forgot the green onions this time, so used a yellow onion diced up. The green onion has a great flavor and adds color.
If you like garlic, you can also chop up a few cloves and add them as well. Feel free to experiment with other things to make this your own.
Even a few squirts of hot sauce to add 'octane' for those who enjoy the spicy taste!

After it's all mixed you pour it into the dish, over the dough and top it with the other half.

Cover loosely with tin foil and bake at 350º for an hour and you've got an egg pot pie that's guaranteed to have no leftovers!
