Having family fun in Factoria

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of spending a couple of fast hours with Warm fans and friends at the Marketplace at Factoria (formerly the Factoria Mall) and when I got there Saturday afternoon just before 1pm, who did I see but one of our sales team at the piano in the center court.  Marilyn is not only an ace in sales but she’s a fantastic pianist and Chris, the Marketing Director at Factoria told me people always have great things to say about they way she plays.  After listening to her, I know why.

I think this is the second time I’ve spent a few hours in the Marketplace at Factoria and both times it’s more like 10 minutes because the folks who come by are interesting and fun to talk to, from kids to adults, and we always get a crowd playing CD Scramble.  I even recognized a few faces from the year before.

Here’s a shot from ‘under the tent’ with our Promotion Coordinator, Jennifer Tanaguchi (on the left) in command.  Also nice being indoors.  February in the Pacific Northwest means anything can happen with the weather, and it usually does!  I remember one appearance we did at the Kingdome – a long time ago, right? – when the weather was horrible just before a Seahawks game and people were running past our tent while we stood there holding the legs, trying to keep it from blowing away!  It almost ended like a Disney movie, where we were flying over rooftops holding onto the tent legs, before our Promotion Director at the time decided to pack it in and go home.

So thanks to all our friends who come out to visit us when we’re in your neighborhood!  We love the attention and who knows, you might win something for showing up.  Many did last Saturday.
