One of the magazines that comes to our home every month is Bottom Line Health and I always find great little tid-bits of info, many of which I pass along when I can.
Next to cancer, the scariest health challenge to me is dementia and ultimately Alzheimer's Disease, and when I saw this neat trick for exercising the brain I had to pass it along to you.
