Gonna be hot these next coupla days!  I just stumbled upon something cool, literally…foods to help keep us cool.  Makes sense as cultures around the world each have their creative methods for staying cool — spicy foods are the choice around the equator, while others drink hot tea to make their sweat glands work overtime.  I don’t know about you, but I prefer to not be ‘sweaty’.  Here are some superfood recipes to help keep you cool thanks to Ladies Home Journal.
