Is Marshawn going into retirement mode?

So long Beastmode?

Twitter erupted during yesterday’s Super Bowl after Seahawks running back, Marshawn Lynch posted this photo along with a peace out emoji:

It seemed to signify the end of the Beastmode era as many believe he was announcing his retirement.

Lynch’s Seahawk teammates jumped on Twitter and shared their thoughts on #24’s retirement…..

Bruce Irvin- @MoneyLynch lol only beastmode would announce it like that! Man it was a great run one of the best teammates I ever had! #firstballot

Russell Wilson – Honor playing with one of the best running backs of all time! Going to miss sharing the backfield with you 24… #BeastMode

Richard Sherman- Salute to my guy @MoneyLynch … It was an honor sharing the field with you.

Paul Allen- Thank you @MoneyLynch for a great career as a Seahawk. So many memorable runs and quakes! #BeastMode !

Cassius Marsh- @MoneyLynch one of the best teammates and one of the best RB’s to ever do it! You will be missed #BeastMode

So far, no official retirement announcement has come from the Seahawks or Marshawn himself, but this might be as official as it gets.
