Finally! I made a Lemon Meringue Pie and it turned out perfect! (where the meringue didn't shrink to the size of a large marshmellow:). The trick? I used a little Cream of Tartar when I whipped up the eggs for the meringue topping, just added a bit to the sugar. Boom. That was the trick (thank you mom). As for the pie itself, yup...Lemon JELL-O, the recipe on the box. This lead me to a handful of other EASY to whip up ideas for Thanksgiving all JELL-O inspired. Enjoy!
