Been feeling a bit on the 'blah' side since fall has set in, more foggy days and less clearing. In short, I'm missing our sun. Especially after such a great summer! A friend said "...take some vitamin D, your body maybe craving it." Really? I'm no doctor, so let the research begin. Early findings, vitamin D helps arm the immune system (cold season), reduces risk of rheumatoid arthritis in women, may have a key role in helping the brain to keep working well later in life, found quite a few things in my search which started here. I was convinced and encouraged by my findings and recent visit to the supplement store has me on vitamin D3 this season.
Hmmmm, maybe I should just spend a week or two in Hawaii to get my dose of sun/vitamin D? LOL. - Shellie Hart
