We love the pumpkin season! 2 weeks ago I made my first pumpkin pie (with graham cracker crust), last weekend pumpkin bread and last night a giant batch of pumpkin cookies for the office:) Had a little help on this one though. My gradeschool neighbor Paysen, convinced me that it would a good idea to have lots of cookie dough handy because "you just never know, when somebody might want a cookie". Hmmmmm, I wonder who that 'somebody' is I chuckling to myself. So I bought a couple giant tubs of Couger Mountain Seasonal PUMPKIN Cookie Dough. (to raise money for her school). My twist to the easy 'scoop from bucket and place on baking sheet' was to squish 'em just a bit and bath them in a little cinnamon/sugar mix (place on sheet sugar-top side up). Then as soon as I pulled 'em out, sprinkled a little bit more on top.
Benefits of this purchase? I helped raise funds for a local gradeschool, my house smelled AMAZING, and my co-workers are gonna love me:) BOOM!

This is a smaller version of the 'Tub Package' I purchased, this size you can find at your local grocery store.

Scoop, roll into ball and squish just a little. Drop in cinnamon/sugar mix (one side, placing sugar side up on sheet)

As SOON as they come out, sprinkle a bit more of the cinnamon/sugar mix. Cool.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt...delish!!!!
(or, take 'em to work like I did:)
