Ham, Turkey or Roast Beef?

So what's tradition for you and your family for the big Holiday Meal?  Ham, Turkey or Roast Beef?  This is my favorite part.  Planning.  I've done roast beef in years past, as my family comes over on Christmas Eve and we do a French Dip bar.  I like what the dips have to offer (we do au jus, bbq and homemade wing sauces) and I'll also do a sides of grilled mushrooms and carmelized onions with a provolone cheese offering for those who wish to 'love' up the sandwich.   It's a build your own dippin' sandwich, family LOVES it and pleases all.

No time to plan or cook?  No big.  Most of your local grocery stores offer delicious meals and menu's.  You order, they cook, you pick up.  Just the other day Fred Meyer shared one of thier FLAME CRAFTED Spiral Ham's and was it ever good!  It has this amazing crust on it and was it ever juicy!  As you can see, it didn't last long here!  lol.
