Here's a fun idea that you can easily customize and make your own (or to your own needs for allergies). My friend Marshall and I made a MOM's DAY Cake out of the traditional Rice Crispy Treat. Think of a fun mold (we used a bundt pan) and do a couple of batches adding food coloring as the marshmellows melt. (do a batch, place in mold then do a second and place on top). Then decorate away!!!! Hit the bulk section of your store for ideas. We used sugar-free chocolate flowers and fruit gummy drops. Things will stick if you pop the crispy creation out of the mold while and still slightly 'sticky'...if not, you can use a little frosting tube as your glue:)
So if you know of someone with a birthday or some sort of celebration in need of a cake, boom!
More ideas to come, and yes...healthy ones too:) - Shellie
