Many live performances from the “12-12-12″ Hurricane Sandy benefit concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City are now available as a digital album and eventually a physical album, Columbia Records has announced. (we hear Jan. 22nd, or there around).
The Robin Hood Relief Fund will receive 100% net proceeds from the album, which is available now on iTunes and will come out as a physical release in January as a 2-CD Set.
The live album contains 24 tracks from the benefit concert, including performances by Chris Martin, The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Roger Waters, Billy Joel, Eric Clapton, The Who, Bon Jovi, Alicia Keys, and Paul McCartney.
