It’s 2016 and so REDFIN wants to know what neighborhood is going to stand out in a city full of rising home prices and bidding wars. According to Redfin, it’s Roosevelt. They’re basing this on “the most recent growth we’ve seen in page views and favorites on Redfin.com,” which might not sound like the most scientific way to go about it. Take, for example, when they said Phinney Ridge would be the hottest neighborhood in town in 2014. It did well, but the top spot actually went to…Roosevelt. The point is, Redfin really likes Roosevelt.
