L.A. screenwriter Greg Tung just completed 365 consecutive days of doing something that scared the daylights out of him. Tung chronicled every one of his fears on his blog scareyourselfeveryday.com. In his final blog entry, Tung offered this advice: "When you do a scary thing, you discover you're stronger than you thought ... and those things? They're almost never as bad as you think."
I can think of a few on my list. Going on top of the Space Needle roof, Doing a polar bear swim in mid winter, and quiting coffee. What fears could you add to your list? check out his vid.. it's great.
