One of my favorites:
*Maya’s Hawks Spice-it-up Dip*
2 (8oz) packages cream cheese
1 cup (4oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 green onions, finely chopped
3 canned chipotle peppers
1/2 teaspoon New Orleans or Creole seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce of your choice (I like Rooster!)
1/3 cup toasted chopped pecans
Garnish of your choice: I use green onions, cilantro, parsley, pecan halves..decorate it!
Combine all ingredients - except pecans - in a food processor, and pulse 3 times, stopping between pulses to spatula ingredients down sides. After fully blended, stir in toasted pecans, and chill for 2 hours. Garnish if desired. Serve with assorted crackers and veggies!
