As you sit down this tax season and wonder how much you spent on coffee in the last year, think of how much did you consume? You have friends (we all do) that point out that maybe you sip too much coffee. Well, you don’t. America’s coffee obsession peaked in 1946. That year the average American drank 48 gallons according to records. Yes, that is per person. These days with more and more coffee stores and carts on street corners and in parking lots we are only drinking 23 gallons per year. Finding Joe is so easy these days that we also prefer to pay for it than sit and home and brew our own. mark@warm1069.com
