Poulsbo Restaurant rewards family for "good behaving kids"

I was just at a lunch this week where my friend asked we go into the bar.  When I asked why? She said because of kids in the restaurant were making messes and being very noisy. That the parents were not even addressing the situation. We know babies and toddlers are a challenge. These though are children who are old enough for school or having a computer/cell phone.  How many times have you see this?  Why is it some parents just ignore everyone else and don't think about the basic rule we all grew up with.  That children should behave and not be loud or make a major mess.    Then today I see this.    An Italian restaurant in Washington State gave a family a discount on the bill because their kids were well behaved.  Here's the owner of the restaurant talking about why they did it. I then find this restuarant is a higher end eatery in Poulsbo. The owner does not want the name of his place in the spotlight but just the story.   Here is the owner and his thoughts why he did this.
