One Direction is helping out holiday shoppers by opening up a store in NYC. 1D World will open on November 17. Fans will be able to buy One Direction merchandise as well as cardboard cut-outs/stand-ups and much more. Shoppers will also have the chance to win One Direction prizes.
- The store will be open until December 30 and will be located in NYC's Herald Square at 2 Penn Plaza near Macy's.
- One Direction previously opened a pop up store in Chicago, Sydney, Toronto.
- Meanwhile, One Direction will be appearing on "Ellen" later today and recruited Johnny Depp as a member of their band over this past weekend. The group got a chance to hang out with him at home and have a jam session. A source said, "Johnny found out One Direction were in town and, after making a few calls, they came round to his studio. He brought out his piano and guitars for the boys to test and they had a little jam session. Lily-Rose just watched with her blushing mates while her dad temporarily joined the world's biggest boy-band."
