Mark heads to the kitchen this Saturday, are you with me?

I'm headed to KCTS (PBS) later today to set up the kitchen, to sample some of the chosen dishes and practice my bite! This series is one of the most successful statewide and across Canada. Thousands of viewers over 15 years have shared such recipe's for all of us to enjoy.  Each broadcast is done Live on KCTS.  We then produce a Cookbook and a DVD of the show for those who would like to add it to thier collection.
