HEART remembers John Lennon

This weekend marks 32 years since we all heard on radio we had lost John Lennon (Dec 8, 1980). It is one of those "where were you and I remember" kind of passings.  I didn't believe it back in 1980. Most of us were just ending a Summer and Fall of Mt St Helens. I heard my friend John Maynard on KYYX-Seattle share the news. There will be a few programs on television and on radio sharing the work and and music of Lennon in memory this weekend.  Anne and Nancy Wilson of HEART are just a day or two from hearing Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Induction.  Lennon is there.  Nancy Wilson shared some words of Beatle John Lennon. Both she and Ann were at the 66' Beatles Concert in Seattle (this was the second time Beatles had played here)  Click on icon to hear Nancy.
