This weekend marks 32 years since we all heard on radio we had lost John Lennon (Dec 8, 1980). It is one of those "where were you and I remember" kind of passings. I didn't believe it back in 1980. Most of us were just ending a Summer and Fall of Mt St Helens. I heard my friend John Maynard on KYYX-Seattle share the news. There will be a few programs on television and on radio sharing the work and and music of Lennon in memory this weekend. Anne and Nancy Wilson of HEART are just a day or two from hearing Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Induction. Lennon is there. Nancy Wilson shared some words of Beatle John Lennon.
