The Seattle City Council has seen some positive response to the sudden craze of Food Trucks setting up at popular locations in the city. This has led to a brand new Food Truck Pod coming to the city this Thursday, November 8, 2012. The location is at Second and Pike. The same location that you have seen the metal pig food truck known as Maximus/Minimus. This Food Truck Pod will feature eats for Lunch, Dinner and Late Night. The trucks will rotate daily so that it brings more choice in menu opportunity. See the list as it stands for now. There is also a contact listed if you have a Food Truck service and maybe join the Pod.
