As I ready myself for more cooking this saturday on KCTS 9 Cooks. I see other great fun for Seattle cooking on TV! Tonight (2/5/13) on Discovery channel's "United States Of Bacon" series we will see both Mike Chilli and Red Mill Totem House featured. Chef Todd Fisher tours the country searching for mouth-watering, stomach-growl-inducing bacon creations kitchens have to offer. You have seen that Bacon has become a beloved fixture of American cuisine for any meal of day and the ‘secret sauce’ for recipes of all kinds, and look at any menu it seems to be the crown jewel of traditional dishes.
Ballard will be featured tonight with both Mike’s Chili Parlor, and Red Mill Totem House. Air time is 6pm (PST)
