Bald Eagle swoops down and trys to fly away with child, Hoax?

Around Seattle and Puget Sound it's common to  often see a bald eagle swoop down at a fish or rodent in search for food, but a child?  Watch this!  (note language of a very excited father).  The video is now viral and experts now after some time have found some flaws when enhanced....likely a hoax.....but what if?
