Mercedes is a friend who often shares Ghost Stories of various Seattle locations. One of the best she ever shared with me involves a building that still stands at 1st Ave and Virginia in downtown Seattle. It is actually the backside of Kell's Irish Pub on Post Alley. Many business's have tried to open at this location only to be spooked away. The building still stands vacant with no interest from anyone to do anything with it. This is the story of one of Seattle's famous haunts.
