A Seattle Talent Brings Number One TV Show Viewing For Last Week, Which one?

The Christmas Tree(s) are still up and are now my Seattle Seahawks Tree(s). I have 8 that range from 3 feet to 12 feet. Now, how fun to see this for television viewing last week and the top show of all?    The college bowl games and NFL playoffs dominated the ratings last week, and the Seahawks-Redskins game took the top spot with over 38 million viewers (Thats IDOL status these days).  A few scripted shows also managed to crack the top ten, including "The Big Bang Theory" and "Person of Interest", which both had their best ratings EVER.

Here are the Top 5 shows overall last week . . .

#1.)  Sunday's game between the Seahawks and Redskins, Fox, 38.1 million viewers.  (--The Seahawks won 24 to 14.  They'll play the Atlanta Falcons this Sunday.)

#2.)  Saturday's NFL playoff game between the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings, NBC, 30.3 million viewers  (--The Packers won 24 to 10 and move on to play the 49ers in San Francisco.)

#3.)  "The Big Bang Theory", CBS, 19.3 million viewers  (--Which was a new record for the show.)

#4.)  The Rose Bowl between Stanford and Wisconsin, ESPN, 17 million viewers  (--Stanford won 20 to 14.)

#5.)  "Person of Interest", CBS, 16.2 million viewers  (--Also a new series record.)
