Let’s get out there! It’s National Running day!

Today is National Running Day, a day dedicated to using your own two feet for fitness and fun. There’s actually a website, runningday.org, which helps you organize a group of runners and even use running to achieve goals for your favorite charitable cause. Or, just do it for yourself, because it’s one of the simplest and most effective forms of exercise . . . as long as you have the right shoes. Take this quick quiz and Runner’s World will find the perfect pair for you!

Happy (and safe) running!
