Happy Cinco de Mayo! Here’s how to put a new twist on guacamole

I don’t normally do recipes, but guacamole is so good, and everybody has their little secret tweaks to make their own guac special. The basics guacamole formula is simple:  avocados, cilantro, limes, onions, tomatoes.  Period. But I found a few ideas to change it up if you’re serving some chips at your casa today.

One recipe kicks it up a hotch with cumin, garlic, and cayenne pepper. There’s an uber-healthy recipe that uses kale. (Seriously.) Or how about a sweet and salty combo made with bacon and yogurt? (I’ll pass on that one.)

Check them all out here.  And share yours on our Facebook page!
