Even super heroes are betting on the Super Bowl

An epic battle is taking place on Twitter between two super heroes.

Actor Chris Pratt, who plays Star-Lord in the movie “Guardians of the Galaxy” grew up in Lake Stevens and is a huge Seahawks fan (he was even at the NFC Championship game!). Actor Chris Evans, who plays Captain America in the movies and is from Boston, is backing the New England Patriots.

It all started with a tweet from Evans to Pratt:

They went back and forth, but Pratt’s reply¬†tweet was the best:

Turns out, whichever team wins, it’ll be a good thing for kids. If the Seahawks win, Captain America will come visit Seattle Children’s Hospital waving a 12th man flag. If the Patriots win, Star-Lord will sport a Tom Brady jersey when he visits kids at Christopher’s Haven in Boston. So it’ll be a win-win for most everyone…except for the 12’s, if the Seahawks lose. But they won’t, right?
