We've heard this before, after a big study was released last summer that showed that moderate chocolate consumption had some healthy benefits.
Now there is a new study that just came out saying that adults that indulged in moderation could also have lower BMIs (Body Mass Index) due to the antioxidants and other ingredients in chocolate that may promote weight loss. And make you happy!
