Hello Seattle!

Some dear friends were married last weekend and we had a chance to attend their wedding, which turned out to be fabulous. An outdoor wedding in October is a gamble here in the Pacific Northwest, and they won that bet, the weather was perfect for the ceremony and reception. Because of timing, we flew there and in our plane was a young family that had never been to Seattle before, and it was really fun to hear their impressions and thoughts about our city. The kids and adults squealed with delight at seeing the Space Needle and our downtown area. We feel so blessed to live here but it was a neat experience to see and hear their excitement about visiting Seattle!
