Has this happened to you?

My first feeling when the traffic on 520 stoppped was irritation. I looked around at the other people lined up with me and wondered if they were in a hurry, had an appointment to get to, or simply were tourists driving around Puget Sound. Then I realized it was a beautiful day and when do you get to stop in the middle of Lake Washington and look around? After a few minutes people started to realize we were not going anywhere anytime soon and got out of their cars to look around and snap photos. We were all stuck on the bridge as it opened for Marine traffic, something that is neccessary while the construction on the new part of the bridge is completed.
