Every year

It is green most of the year. Then at the very beginning of Spring, or technically end of Winter...this plant is covered in little white blossoms. Right when we most need it, when we think Spring is never going to show up. This lovely plant emits the most amazing scent as well, almost like a jasmine. Any idea what it is? I always promise myself I am going to plant some for the next year...that is hard to do if you have no idea what the name of the plant is!
