Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread or country white bread, toasted
  • 1 leaf green leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked

Directions:

Evenly spread Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise on each slice of bread, then layer with remaining ingredients.

Tuesday:  Today's Best Foods “Real Recipe of the Day” is Original Potato Salad –Find this recipe now at BestFoods.com.  Best Foods. Real Tastes Better.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. potatoes (5 to 6 medium), peeled and cut into 3/4-inch chunks
  • 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and cool slightly.
  2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, celery, onion and eggs and toss gently. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Wednesday:  Today's Best Foods “Real Recipe of the Day” is California-Style Deviled Eggs –Find this recipe now at BestFoods.com.  Best Foods. Real Tastes Better.

Ingredients:

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs, halved and yolks removed
  • 1 small ripe avocado, peeled, seed removed and diced (reserve 2 Tbsp.)
  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 small tomato, seeded, finely chopped and drained (reserve 2 Tbsp.)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 4 plain tortilla chips, broken into small pieces (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mash egg yolks with avocado in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, except tortilla chips and egg whites. Generously fill egg whites, then garnish with reserved avocado, tomato and tortilla chips. Garnish, if desired, with additional cilantro.

TIP: Use a pastry blender or potato masher to easily mash egg yolks with avocado.

Thursday:  Today's Best Foods “Real Recipe of the Day” is Creamy Blue Cheese N Bacon Topped Burgers –Find this recipe now at BestFoods.com.  Best Foods. Real Tastes Better.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 8 hamburgers, grilled or broiled
  • 8 hamburger buns, lightly toasted

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon until crisp in 10-inch nonstick skillet. Remove bacon from skillet and chop; set aside. Reserve drippings.
  2. Cook onion in reserved drippings over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
  3. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, blue cheese, parsley and pepper in small bowl. Stir in bacon and onion. Arrange burgers on buns, then top with bacon mixture.

*The Creamy Blue Cheese 'N Bacon mixture is also terrific on grilled filet mignon, rib eye and/or strip steaks.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 ciabatta or soft roll, split and toasted
  • 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 3 ounces sliced deli turkey breast
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 3 slices avocado (optional)
  • 2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked

Directions:

  1. Evenly spread Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise on roll, then layer with remaining ingredients.
