DSA Holiday Carousel Presented by KING 5
Downtown Seattle will once again be brimming with seasonal favorites and time-honored traditions this year during the holiday season. Bring the entire family to Westlake Park and experience the illuminated whirling and twirling of the DSA Holiday Carousel Presented by KING 5 benefiting Treehouse. The magic begins on Black Friday, Nov. 23rd following the Macy’s Holiday Parade. Rides cost $2 and help Treehouse give foster kids a childhood and a future.

A Christmas Carol
In their 37th annual production of Dickens' classic tale, the grouchy 19th-century tightwad Ebenezer Scrooge makes the Grinch look like Mother Teresa. Make this your best holiday yet - and join Scrooge on his transformational journey with the ghosts of Christmases past, present, and future.

Wisemen
A sacreligious musical comedy tracing the trials of three representatives from the Wisemen Law Firm: Goldberg, Frankenstein, and Murray. The three lawyers must hold court against an evil Santa Claus, the gangster-rapping Easter Bunny, and God himself in their quest for the truth. Rosenstock Productions sets Christmas on fire with an ungodly script and an original score ranging from klezmer to hip-hop to funk to salsa.
Wisemen is recommended for ages 16 and up.

Outfitted with thousands of white lights and holiday decorations, the Christmas Ship leads other decked-out parade boats and private vessels to form a beautiful holiday flotilla. Each night the boats cruise to various waterfront locations. Choirs aboard the ship sing holiday songs.

Don't miss the The 26th Annual Holiday Celebration Great Figgy Pudding Street Corner Caroling Competition on Friday, December 7th from 5-8:30pm at Westlake Center in Downtown Seattle!
The biggest single music holiday event of the season and a critical fundraiser for the Pike Market Senior Center & Food Bank, The Great Figgy Pudding Street Corner Caroling Competition kicks off the month of December with a singular evening of entertainment enjoyed by more than 9,000 spectators every year.
1,000 carolers and dozens of caroling teams sing their hearts out on downtown Seattle street corners and in an around Westlake Center beginning at 5 pm. The top caroling teams compete for crowd favor and prizes for the most donations raised, best choral performance, most creative team and people’s choice. Those nominated compete in a sing-off on the Figgy Main Stage.

Zoolights
Explore the Zoo by the glow of hand-crafted light displays. Make special family memories with a winter stroll through the brilliantly lit Zoo. Enjoy live entertainment, hot beverages and snacks, gift shopping and animal photos.
Dazzling holiday light displays all over the Zoo feature hundreds of hand-crafted figurines depicting animals, nursery rhyme characters and local landmarks, including Mount Rainier and the Narrows Bridge.
Visitor Tips: Live entertainment offered most evenings, photos with zoo animals, warm beverages and snacks, holiday shopping. To avoid large crowds, visit early during the Zoolights run (Dec. 15-23 is especially busy). Weeknights, especially Monday through Wednesday, are less busy than other nights.

In addition, the very popular Scuba-diving Santa will make a return visit to Zoolights this year. He’ll be in the aquarium swimming with sharks every Tuesday and Wednesday night at 6 pm (except Dec. 25 and Jan. 1).
The nightly holiday celebration, Snowflake Lane at The Bellevue Collection is even brighter this year. Drawing thousands nightly from Nov. 23rd – Dec. 24th at 7 p.m. on Bellevue Way and NE 8th Street in downtown Bellevue, this unique holiday tradition continues to surprise and delight with exciting new additions, including a new fun dance stage and a “meet and greet” with the most popular characters, the snow princesses.
Belles Stage: located between The Westin Bellevue and Bellevue Arts Museum in the pedestrian walkway area, this stage features nightly performances by the Jingle Belles dance troupe with a traditional salute to the holidays.
Little Princess Court: located just off Bellevue Way between Cheesecake Factory and Blue C Sushi, the little princesses can have their picture taken with three new Snowflake Lane Princesses, and their elves. This new space keeps little ones out of the crowd and gives them a special place just for them.
Back by popular demand! Snowstorm Stages: Two performing groups of space-age, high tech drummers known as The Snowstorm will drum out the holiday hits on recycled percussion. The new stages are in two perfect spots: in front Bellevue Place on the corner of NE 8th and Bellevue Way and along and in the Fountain Court of Bellevue Square along Bellevue Way.
Free to the public, the 20-minute show will sparkle with colorful lights and snow, plus live drummers, music and holiday characters all along Bellevue Way and NE 8th Street outside Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square and Bellevue Place. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind holiday spectacle of live toy soldiers, exhilarating music, glittering lights and a snowfall to remember. Performances are held nightly at 7 p.m. from November 23 – December 24.
CELEBRATION LANE – December 26 - 31
The celebration continues after Christmas until New Year’s Eve with Celebration Lane. The holiday festivities feature nightly glittery salute to ring in the New Year. Performances are held nightly at 7 p.m.

Within our gates, December 25, 1855 will come alive! Inside the fort, re-enactors portray the daily life of the workers from many cultures who lived at this historic site.
