Candy Canes cause bad breath? (Mark’s interview)

Myself having over 30 years in an industry that requires you to speak.  I have learned many methods of how to hide bad breath.  Like a singer or any public speaker.  You eventually can reach what is called a dry mouth.  This is when the bacteria in your mouth explodes and the result is having a very  foul smelling breath.  Today I shared with WARM listeners Dr. Harold Katz D.D.S.  (Click on player below to listen)

Long ago his daughter was having bad breath problems.  The boys were staying away, the job offers were slow and  the self confidence was falling lower and lower each day.  Dr. Katz then stepped away from his Dental practice a bit to look into this subject even deeper and why we have bad breath.

He now has become an expert and has been heard on radio and seen on television talking about bad breath and what causes it. He even created a product that would increase oxygen in the mouth which helps kill bacteria that causes bad breath.  Today I asked him for the top 5 Holiday Foods that cause the worst breath.  I hope this helps you with those you are about to meet at the many gatherings and parties in the days ahead.   mark@warm1069.com
